When fifteen-year-old Luisa miraculously travels into the future and runs into her thirty-two-year-old self, she finds grown-up Luisa is not who she imagined; her dreams of becoming a photographer have not been realized, and her older self is still single and struggling to determine what she wants from life. Though they clash, both Luisas find themselves attracted to the same female neighbor, simultaneously causing animosity and bringing them together. The tether between the two Luisas grows stronger as they delve into self-acceptance and sexuality against the richly colored backdrop of modern Paris.
