Hilda is sure that her method of earning badges is effective, if a little different to her friends... there are just a lot of rules and regulations to get used to.In Hilda's Sparrow Scout Summer Camp it's time for the Sparrow Scouts to pack up and leave the city for a few days. As Hilda camps with her new friends, she enjoys plenty of outdoor exploits and mishaps.
